Absolutely love Moravian, I love spending time here even though I don’t come as often as I’d like to. Beans are top notch, I love the small-but-focused selection of drinks. Everyone is super nice. Not only nice, but I genuinely feel like these are good people.
My only feedback is your baked goods gents - they could feel fresher, a lil bit less stale, and just look a little more appetizing. They are still good, but they could be great.

Stopped by here on e recent road trip. Unique coffeehouse, quiet and comfortable. I had a latte and it was good. Nice to visit, especially if you’re looking for a place without that corporate feel.

Decided to swing by after a doctor's visit. There weren't many customers, quiet, quaint, cozy atmosphere. When we first walked in and approached the counter the young lady didn't even acknowledge us. Not a smile, nor a simple hello. It would have changed the my perspective. I realize she was preparing a drink for the one customer that was there, but not a greeting?!? Suddenly, a young man appeared. Tall, handsome, charming smile, genuine that spoke to me. Incredibly sweet and professional. You know I could careless about food and drinks but I care how I am treated when I enter your establishment to spend money. That means the world to me! The $50 I had on me should have been given to the young man, but I always tip my Uber drivers this amount and he was enroute. I like to let people know I appreciate a good service and kindness. I have no complaints on the drinks, the strawberry macchiato was on point and the bagel with guacamole was pretty good.

I was on the hunt for a local roaster, and this was the first place that came to mind and WOW, they did not disappoint. These espresso beans (jackpot) are so good! I went to order without realizing they roast on specific days and have them ready on a different day, but they were incredibly accommodating and got my beans to me even sooner. Truly appreciate the extra care and amazing service 🥹☕️

This is a cosy place with terrific coffee that they roast themselves with great skill. I like it so much that I subscribe to their monthly coffee delivery, but I drop in whenever I’m in town. Best coffee in the area.

Pros: reusing a cool building, interesting menu, plenty of seating, comfortable seating, outdoor seating, small book library outside Cons: not many munchies, drinks are meh, not much parking
I'm glad that The Lighthouse is back in business, even if under a different name and management. There weren't many snacks available when I went, and the drinks were only ok (needs stronger coffee flavor and less sugar), so that was a bit disappointing. Fans of the old Lighthouse will find this a downgrade.
Service was good, and I got my drinks fairly quickly. And it's still a cool place to hang out or study. I'm on the fence: it's still the best coffee shop in Midlothian, but it just isn't as good as it used to be 😢.

The coffee and staff are sublime. Lots of space to work or paint or read a book. Has a drive thru as well, but, I wouldn't miss the atmosphere. I tried the Apple Cinnamon Latte and it was delicious.
