The staff were very disengage and seemed like they were interrupted by my presence. They yelled at each other and openly mocked staff who was out of earshot calling him very rude names. They argued over who would serve me. I was the only customer, and there were 3 employees who kept telling other employees to help me. I used to enjoy this location, and as a food service asm, I understand the drag, but absolutely there is no reason to degrade your own staff in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable and distasteful.

The food was good but we waited over 15 minutes it seemed for the steak to be cooked for our meals. And when I asked for my drink to be topped off even though there was a small amount gone from it,the lady looked at me like I was crazy. But she filled it back up.

Anytime when the head Cook Barbara isn't there the food isn't as good. It's almost like it's undercooked most of the time. If you want good panda go when she's there. Also I didn't like the way the managers were talking to their Hispanic employees but using a different tone with the others

This is not the first time ~ but make sense of this for me... food is okay ~ I continue to order so I can't complain ~ but requested sauces!!! I always request adequate ~ not excessive ~ little packs. Why is this such a challenge ~ and no, I can't make it out to get more, that's why I used UEs. You send 5 cookies, 5 forks, but 2 sauces.. lol 🤦♀️🤷♀️ Alright ~ letting it go for now
