The only reason why I give it three stars as far as her food cuz I don't like pizza and for a pizza place you're pretty good The only reason why I tried it is my brother made me they're low on staff but when you pre-order your food online they have your food ready fairly quickly it tastes like actual fresh baked pizza and not frozen pizza very clean staff is very nice and friendly if you're a pizza lover definitely give this place a try only downside there's no dine-in it's take out and local delivery only but if you do try this place I highly recommend the stuffed crustVegetarian options: They have a create your own pizza like a $10.99 three topping pizza where you can put any toppings on it that you want if you're vegetarian you can just get vegetable toppings if you so chooseDietary restrictions: I do believe they sell gluten-free pizza

Great experience!!! Pizza was warm when i got it and very yummy. Also the wings have enough sause, which i find is a rarity for pizza places. Girl with blonde and black hair is very friendly!Will be ordering from here again.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free crust option

Wings were RAW in the middle i called the manager at Midlothian Papa johns his reply back.. “our wings are made frozen.. they are frozen wings and there’s no way they could of been raw” HMMM WELL frozen wings NOT COOKED=RAW! I also Ordered a build your own pizza also cold. I called He said there is nothing he can do about it. Save your money and do not order from this trash place! Trust me if they can’t make this right they shouldn’t have your business to begin with! Food is garbage and so is management!

Very disappointed in the follow through and mistakes this Papa John's made today. I will always give a business a chance to make something right, but to completely get our pizza order wrong and then, essentially say, "it will be another 35 - 40 minutes before you get your food," after pressing for an ETA was not what should have happened. My other food that was ordered will be cold. I will update this review after I get my replacement pizza but I am super frustrated.Update: pizza delivery guy super awesome. It did take over 45 minutes to get the pizza back and the bread was already cold... and eating the pizza during the game? Forget it... but I will update the review to 3 stars just for the driver

Do not order delivery from this location unless you enjoy being frustrated. Every time I've ordered, something has gone wrong. This last order, I waited almost 2 hours for my food. Order from somewhere else. You'll be doing yourself a favor, I promise.

Unfortunately for the 4th time we have had delivery issues..we are told every time that Door Dash picks up our order then returns our order back to store. When they finally get another Door Dash person to deliver the pizza is refrigerator cold. Who wants to eat cold pizza when you pay $25 plus a large cash tip. Today we unfortunately again had the same issue. Also I have $10 coupons on my app and app would not allow me to use it. When a manager called me today to tell me yet again the issue with a female Door Dash person taking our order then not delivering to our address yet taking back to store. Why was our pizza not remade due to the handling of a person that doesn't work for Papa John's. The box was not sealed. This is the only place I can eat pizza at yet due to high food allergies. Sadly unsatisfied.

Order a pizza at 8 :15 Wednesday night at 9:30 I had no pizza call to find out why it was a delivery and they told me that my order was there but they have no drivers so here it is 10:00 and get my pizza it was cold and nasty ? I will not order from

Quality of pizza at PJ has really gone downhill. I ordered two medium pizzas, they arrived cold, driver left on the ground in front of my door (that opens outward, smart), and the crust was thin. dry, and had holes punch all through it like a frozen dough would. They have joined my never order again list.
