I walked in and it was practically no line no wait.
The first person to address me was MISS NATALIE. IN her sweet LITTLE nice voice and big smile she welcomed me to Starbucks and said how can I help you? I Explain to her that I wanted a pour over blonde Roast , extra strong, heavy cream steamed venti cup please. She said that would be no problem and I tell you I am beyond blown away with her customer service. My coffee was PERFECT served hot and fresh along with my favorite sandwich it doesn't get any better than that. Now let's talk about those super clean bathrooms, let's also talk about the floors swept well polished well and let's talk about the arrangement with the placement of the foods and cups etc... fantastic. I was able to sit down with my food and my hot cup of coffee on a clean table without flies dirt from the previous guest The bathrooms were clean and smelling pretty well this is my happy space always my happy place always and now I have to mention that lady Miss Natalie if you ever stop in to Starbucks ask for my new favorite barista .. yup I'll share her with you. She knows exactly how to prepare your favorites.

Today I was told I vouldnt have a drink steamed that I had ordered that way multiple times. I’m asking why it could not be Steamed - the manger was called / texted and she informed other staff it was a no.
Now - this would have not been bizarre to me if I had not had several receipts in my app from multiple stores that crafted the drink.
Starbucks will add your kids to add drink ( joke) if you ask. Flip it upside down and around 6 times. I am confused and disappointed to say the least. In addition the manager Ciarra was who told each staff member it could not be steamed.
