went through the drive-through, overall great experience. Used the gift card to pay. Only had a $20 bill and wanted to leave a tip so I asked if they would make change. They said they couldn't do that. Come on Starbucks, do better for your team!!!!

Not even a Starbucks person but I frequently stop here for the amazing customer service and hot fresh coffee. Best starbucks I have ever been to. If Mr. Tim is working you know it's gonna be right and served with a smile.
