The service here great The coffee is good I think this location is better than a lot of the other ones they don't mess up on your order hardly as much as some of the other ones and they're not out of stuff like oatmilk in certain drinks hardly ever like the other ones are like the Starbucks that's a few miles down the road is always out of oat milk they're always sold out of certain drinks but this location you never have that problem place is clean very quiet nice place to just sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee in do some studying or get some work doneDietary restrictions: For people who are lactose intolerant they have choices like coconut milk almond milk oat milk and if you don't like coffee they have regular iced tea they also do have just plain black hot coffee as well as decaf and they have fruit flavored drinks that actually has real fruit pieces in it

This location is the best location in the area. I have been to each one within a 8 mile radius of my home. I never do reviews but I had to. Actually they are the best Starbucks I have been to regular Grande white chocolate mocha breve is ALWAYS consistent. The staff is amazing and the store manager is #1!!

National Starbucks customer from coast to coast and never had this happen before: ordered a Venti hot caramel macchiato with whip. I know what the cup weighs by 15+ years of ordering the same thing. It was super light and I knew that I had a half cup of whip cream instead of coffee. Popped the top and had a whole pup cup. Yuck! I just paid $6 for whip cream that overpowered any coffee at the bottom. It was disgusting. Please inform the employees that just a little whip cream on top of the coffee is preferred. Will never use this location again.

I was there and the manager was so rude to us and her cashier working in front of us.All the signs stated sale on bagged holiday coffee and the manager yelled at the cashier. "Nope not on sale, that was before Christmas."She was so rude and kept interrupting our cashier from even talking with us. Sorry but Starbucks is going down hill at all locations. Run specials and are out of half their recipes. Inconsistent quality of product from store to store. Note I don't modify my drinks very often. Maybe light ice is what they're struggling with? Games and star program pretty much suck now compared to a few years ago so I avoid both. Prices for a drink excessive compared to other treats and similar stuff elsewhere. Just stating my opinion. Oh and don't forget to tip!

I waited for 15 minutes just to get this… I paid $7 for this… (I had not even taken a drink)I have left a review in the past with the response “ask one of our team members to remake it.” I would have done so if it wasn’t for the pushback I recieved las time when asking. Past times I have went my regular drink always tastes insanely different. There is a girl with blonde hair and glasses there, she is the one I trust to make my coffee. Wish I knew her name!
