Worker terrible attitude super rude if she doesn’t want to work she needs to go somewhere else all these reviews talking about the same person yet she’s still here?

Very poor service. The two women who attended us were rude.

I recently visited the store and was disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, I noticed that the two staff members were engaged in personal activities on their phones, and the store appeared disorganized. The merchandise was also in disarray and had a sticky residue on it.
When I placed my order, the staff member assisting me seemed impatient, tapping her nails while waiting for me to decide. When I forgot to add an item to my order and asked to modify it, she displayed a noticeable eye-roll. I was disappointed in the level of customer service and the store's overall appearance.
I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing the issues I encountered.

There is no Starbucks here. It is Leslie’s pool supplies, a blank wall, and then Petco

Why does Jackie still work here??? This is the third time i’ve had a day ruining experience with this woman. I hadn’t been to this location (even the Kroger in general) because of Jackie in months and thought I would give it one more try. All of these reviews are flooded with comments about Jackie, so why is she still employed at this Starbucks, and apparently as a manager???!! Take the reviews seriously and get her out so we can enjoy a trip to the grocery store without getting a death stare. Don’t try and complain to her as she will tell you she doesn’t feel good enough to have a conversation, even though she is “manager” and to “Have a day” in a disgusting, gut wrenching attitude.
I usually hate to leave bad reviews like this, considering i myself am a barista but this place was unbearable. The manager Jackie was annoyed that I had asked if they have venti cups because she had given me a small, when I had asked and paid almost $9 for a large, so yes I’m going to get one. I even said sorry because i felt bad she was going to have to remake it, she just grabbed the drink and aggressively dumped it out in the sink with it splashing back on her. She continued to take her time remaking my drink, as she continued to talk just like she had while making my first one. And I get multitasking but maybe you should wait until you actually make the order right considering I had already been waiting awhile with a bad experience. She truly didnt seem to care about her job or take it seriously, I get how draining and annoying customers can be. But I feel like employees like these are the reason why some customers give us suck hard times. I’ve been coming to Starbucks for year I almost never miss a day and it saddens me to see this is the only bad experience I’ve had through out all the locations I’ve been through and there’s been alot. Jackie needs to fix her attitude or she needs to be fixed into a new position…😒

Jackie was so unpleasant, unprofessional, combative, arrogant and rude. To have someone in leadership as her is absolutely unimaginable. Terrible service from her and very shameful to have someone like that represent the team of Starbucks and Kroger.

Ordered my drink online while I was inside the store, not knowing that the barista was on break. The sign says be back in a few, but we’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes for someone to show up. Already prepaid online and still waiting.

Terrible service. The manager Jackie needs to be replaced immediately. Lady with red hair was extremely disrespectful and rude to my mother. My mother went to order and she looked at her and completely ignored her and went straight to her phone and her and the another employee racially profiled my mom. They straight up went to their phones and were laughing behind the bar. DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE
