This is a consistently excellent location. I have never had a drink poured incorrectly or taste different It is very consistent and good every time. It is busy so order 10 minutes to 15 minutes before showing

across from Kroger Midlothian tx. trouble keeping orders in order. received order staggered while they race ahead of us on other orders . working hard, polite but short. wouldn't have known our last item was up if We hadn't been watching. Young man with bun made a muffled noise and did not look up and walked off. They are trying hard just need some training on not by passing an Oder and getting away from it so that it is not forgotten. And customer eye contact and understandable pronunciation loud enough and not just" mumble" then no recognition that customer has heard . They put high priority on drive through and little on insiders. When you've waited and it's obvious to customer that they've prioritized others in the middle of your order," give us a sec " is not appropriate response. No you give us a sec! You were not short handed. Half out of sight and half doing the window and we the inside customers are an imposition it seem . very sweet good workers working hard like the "keystone cops" They are not the problem, good employees! Bad training, and negligent management. Tx

There's always a long wait whether you fo through the drive-thru or inside. They also hardly ever have cold brew available. Also, I'd gone one time in the evening and they had a sign up saying they had to close early. It was still business

starbucks is newer, usually pretty busy but still very great! Usually a pleasant visit even when they're busy! The short hair blonde working the window was very rude. Aggressively handed me my drinks, and when I mentioned I was missing my water it annoyed her. She sloshed the water while handing it to me and it ran all down my arm... before I could say anything she rudely said thanks and shut the drive thru window asap. Should not have people working drive-thru with nasty attitudes, no matter how busy.

I had placed on line order 6:10pm so i could grab n go back to work. It's now 6:20pm. I've been standing here for 8 min & still have not received my drink. No one else is in line. I like this Starbucks & this is first time this has happened but it is unacceptable. There is only 1 worker but like i said no one else in line. I'm not saying it's this guy's fault I think usually there's two workers so bless his heart unfortunately it affected his tip like I say this is usually a very good Starbucks they just need to schedule workers better apparently

I went in to pick up an online order and the staff was very unfriendly. Not only did they ignore me, but when they finally listened to me they said they did not have the items I had ordered and were very rude. Would not recommend this place. The Starbucks across the street is 100% the better choice.
