SweetFrog is a solid frozen yogurt shop. The frozen yogurt is pretty good but the toppings are okay. The service was okay and the staff were nice. Solid 4-star shop!

The location is clean and inviting. Good selection on the frozen yogurt. My kids enjoyed it as well. My fav is the tart vanilla and add boba mango and strawberry with a few chunks of cheese cake!! The only thing I would add to their place would be outside seating. Seating is only inside but again… it’s inviting for anyone and any age.

You walk in and the girls don’t ever acknowledge anyone, that’s fine just give me my cup that’s fine. But for a place that’s very much for families and kids the girls here wear VERY short lulu lemon shorts/skirts! Never fails. We’ve been here plants of times. Literally have a girl next to us leaning forward to clean a table and i have to explain to my 4 year old why her butt is out. Will it hurt to wear something that’s maybe 2 inches longer….. do better.

We stopped in today & noticed that this frozen yogurt place was pretty dirty. The counter and tables were sticky, yogurt trays were filthy. The toppings looked messy and floors were dirty. It just didn't feel clean or inviting from other places we have visited. Probably the worse location I visited.

No issues. Not dirty as others have described, machines have always worked when I go here with my daughter. Tables are clean, unless of course someone was just sitting there and maybe spilled a little but just ask to wipe it. Just wish they had more flavors but otherwise no issues.

If I could give zero for service, I would. Something that I have never done in my life. I have never even given less than 4 on a review. I stopped here today at 9:20pm and I can only assume they turned the machines off early. The 2 machines I tried where not working and the employee was not attentive to help out. Both vanilla and tart machines (a total of 4 flavors) where not working. The employee proceeded to clean the machine and sprayed over left over product and did not clean that away. The employee sprayed over it so that the next customer will put that on their cup. I asked the employee to please clean up the left over yogurt on the nozzle and the employee proceeded to get some napkins and clean it off. The employee went to the back to check the machine, I could see alarms flashing on all the machines from where I was standing and employee did not check the alarms. I left the shop as there was really no interest from the employees to help solve the issue... 45 minutes before the shop closes. Very bad service. They always have the chairs pulled up so people cannot sit. They always request for a tip even thought they do not even ask the customer for their rewards number. It is always poor service but today it was just extremely bad.
Today was our first visit to Sweet Frog. The yogurt was wonderful! We each had fun picking out our own toppings. An amazing selection to choose from! The store was delightfully decorated and very clean. The young lady behind the counter was sweet and helpful. I'm sorry that I didn't get her name. Looking forward to another visit next time we are in Midlothian (we like to stop at MODS and now we have a new place!)

This store is awful! Yogurt trays are dirty and there is nothing premium about the product! CHEAP CHEAP PRODUCT! Owners is ripping you off ! The Sweet Frog in Grand Prairie is what I remember this one being like when it first opened in Midlothian. The lady that originally owned was awesome and her store was alway clean and she used a premium product. I threw my ice yogurt in the trash will never go back to this store again!

Today was our first visit to Sweet Frog. The yogurt was wonderful! We each had fun picking out our own toppings. An amazing selection to choose from!
