The girls closed early making it so I was unable to order, they were supposed to close at 9 and when I went to the door at 8:55 they were already cleaned up and ready to go, just waiting until nine so they could get off.

My daughter is special needs. Going out is a challenge. But after having a great day we took a family trip for ice cream. The second she made her cup she dropped it all over the floor. I got very embarrassed. The two girls behind the counter calmly came out and said it was no problem. Nicely gave her a new cup and said accidents happen. Cleaned it up and she started over. Kindness goes such a long way when your child is bullied and treated poorly. Kinley and Lacey you're beautifully amazing young women.

As soon as we walked into establishment no hi how are you or at least a wave. The poor customer service was beyond me. Also instead of being on their phone nonstop they should be refilling the containers and cleaning. There's two just standing there on the phone. Also, my sister had her medical support dog with her and they didn't even wait until she walked in she just yelled no dogs allowed. All around poor customer service. Even another customer said wow the dog is better behaved and cleaner than in there. Do better!Reply to your comment: you justifying "my group" is false. How do you justify saying its my group? I've gone in multiple times into your establishment and I have seen the girls multiple times on phones nonstop. The girl didn't even have a chance to look at my sister's dog. As she was behind me so no way she could have even had a chance to look at her collar and see that she was a service dog. We went right across the street to McDonalds and shared our experience and even they were nice enough to ask if she was a service dog and treated her to some whip cream. Do better! A hi how are you before jumping to conclusions goes a long way before saying no dogs. Like I said I have gone multiple times and have seen the girls on their phones and I haven't said a thing. Gave the place the benefit of the doubt as they are just teenagers, but you as the owner (hopefully a grown person) should do better. So ironic to state that its very detrimental to say false statements when you just did yourself.

This place is a fave for my family! Last week we had an exceptionally great visit when staff went above and beyond to clean up a spill from a small child. They were super sweet and helpful. We will continue to frequent and support this business!

As soon I walked in there was no “Hi! How are you today.” Nothing not even a Hi, and the cashiers were just standing around acting like its their breaktime when they should be helping customers, PLUS most of the customers were just waiting while the girls were texting on the phone, my point is this place has horrible customer service.
