Employees have bad customer service don’t wanna take care of customers. I paid with cash and he didn’t even wanna come and take my money. He got upset because I didn’t pay with card. Didn’t give me my drink cups didn’t get the order right and didn’t even give me a receipt.

NightShift manager was assuming we were trying to pull a fast one on an employee by telling them they forgot 2 crunchy tacos. Well they served a tray with 4 orders on it and no telling what was what. We assume everything was on it so we ate until I was short 2 tacos. Her assumption was offensive to me as I was in my lunch break

Our food was cold, so we went back and told them. They had a terrible attitude and tried to tell us how they couldn't be cold, and threw them in the microwave so the tortillas stuck to the paper . No thanks.
Literally 3 min ago I had place an order through Drive- Thru I’m so sorry Lady at the Window I’m obviously not an Expert working at Taco Bell!!! Okay Taco Bell 👸 sorry my order was so complicated to just give a little courtesy I would have rather you break down the whole menu to me then rush me on my order. If this is how you train your employees as in Management I hope your not training the employees to be a smart ass sorry I didn’t go to Taco Bell University.
