Taco Bell in Midlothian is so pathetic that I don't know why I bother to ever go there and spend my money. They don't even know how to make a taco. What are y'all afraid of by filling a taco shell? You should really learn from Taco Casa because they are full every time consistently. Don't waste your money here go somewhere else.

I don’t know what happened tonight, but as I was about enter to order I saw a young man wearing a police vest get up behind the counter yelling at everybody to get out. I didn’t even get to step in the door. I understand that it gets hectic but it’s called customer service for a reason. It also didn’t help that the kids were making fun of him

I only ordered a LARGE MIDNIGHT BAJA BLAST. It took them 15 MINUTES. FOR ONE DRINK. The lady at the counter looked at me like 10 times as I sat there staring at them waiting, and then FINALLY asked what I was waiting for and proceeds TO GIVE ME THE WRONG DRINK, like girl💅what are you even doing. Their check in kiosk also can’t give you a paper receipt, only digital, which isn’t world ending but I don’t want a text or email receipt, who the flip does??? Do better Taco Bell😞
