I honestly don’t eat Taco Bell (since they don’t have the empanadas and plain rice), however I will devour the fries ?. Hubby said everything was actually pretty good, but the tea was not good.
The food is good. But they didn't wrap our items in the proper labeled wraps, so when we got home we had to open everything to find who ordered what because the labeled wrap paper didn't match the item, And... We ordered 2 other items that we didn't get. They need to wrap items with proper labeled wrapping paper and double check the order.

Everything would have been great.....if they would have put taco sauce in the bag. Even after I put we wanted 25 regular and 10 hot. And then they can't bring it or contact who ever it was that delivered it to bring it. NOT THE SAME WITHOUT SAUCE!!!
I do not like the way you must order your food on a kiosk. Very time-consuming. The employees never look up at you, nor do they acknowledge you... Why are we working harder for our food service and the prices keep rising. And I don't feel any improvement in customer service. What is happening to our customer service.?

I don’t know what’s going on but service has improved drastically recently. Staff is super friendly and send out orders accurately. It’s obvious something has changed with this location. Maybe new management or something? Not sure but the last 2 times at this location have been a great

Service was with a smile however distracted. Employees were having a great time inside which is never an issue for me. But I got home and received a pizza that looked like it fell completely and got stuffed back into the box. Barely stuffed burritos. I don't usually complain about my food but this is just ridiculous.
