Stephanie was incredible at accommodating our needs from the booking, planning, creating the food and drink menu and hosting the night of our event for our company Christmas party. She put in so much care and dedication to make sure our party was amazing. We booked the speakeasy, owners’ box, and quarry to ensure all our guests had a night to enjoy a much-needed celebration of their hard work. Jordan was our private bartender he crafted amazing cocktails along with mocktails for our guest to enjoy. Next time you are at Union 28 order one of his special margaritas, you will not be disappointed. This is an incredible space for all kinds of events or just a dinner date, the atmosphere is upbeat but also relaxing. We are looking forward to booking future events with Stephanie and Jordan!

Place had a great atmosphere! My husband and I were in town for the holidays and decided to stop by Union and we had a great time. Our server Bria had a great attitude and the food was good. Only bad thing to say was the steak was a little dry but other than great!

The best place to go to in Midlothian! It’s the very essence of Texas fun. This is such entertaining and well-rounded atmosphere, with multiple environments for everyone. Went on Saturday, December 20 for Christmas karaoke with 8 other people. Service was terrible. Not our waiter, but rather the bar. Our food came out faster than our drinks. It averaged about 20-30 minutes to get a drink. Also, the bar was out of just about every type of wine, and they were also out of Michelob Ultra on draft. Additionally, it cost $15 for a shot of Casamigos, when in the past, it was only $5. Christmas karaoke with DJ Alex was fun, and the speakeasy was decorated very nice, but the speakeasy drinks were terrible.
Our bartender Matt made the BEST drinks! He was very nice and took great care of us. Go grab a drink from him!
