We dropped in to eat and the service was fantastic! Sawyer C was our waiter and he was so polite and attentive at all times. We will be back again and we just wanted to make sure someone knew how great Sawyer C did!!!

The food was mediocre and extremely overpriced. It took over an hour and twenty minutes just to get a simple chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes. When I asked for a T-shirt as a small gesture for the inconvenience, they refused. Definitely not worth the wait, the cost, or the experience — I won’t be coming back.

Can’t get over how over priced this place is for small portions. Service was good but this place is a rip off!

The bands were good. The outside patio is awesome. There is a bar our there with the best outdoor restrooms ever! Plenty of space for any size party. Only negative is that you have to go indoors to order food and wait for it there. No outdoor servers.

At this price point you either need good food or large portions, Union 28 doesn’t hit the mark on either. The food and drinks aren’t bad but it’s average and smaller portions. I had the chicken quesadillas and they were basic and similar to what you’d find on other restaurants kids menu. The drinks are in 10 oz plastic cups that are sugary and a half shot of alcohol. The atmosphere and service is great but you get the feeling it’s more of a money grab. Also, I think they add a hidden fee on the bill.

Our company had an Intern Orientation event and we chose to have it at Union 28. The staff was incredible. They provided us with a unique space and met or exceeded all of our expectations. Berkley connected me with Stephanie who customized a menu for us and also created some event-specific mocktails. They were incrdibly creative and set a perfect tone for the afternoon. We have hgad three other company meals there, but this one was by far the best. Service was impeccable. And the food was great. Everyone's dietary needs were taken into consideration both in the menu creation AND in the food preparation. We felt very taken care of. I would recommend having any event there. They have multiple spaces all with their own personality. And the staff could not be more accommodating. A huge thank you to all who helped us welcome our new interns to Midlothian.

Huge shoutout to Union 28 and their General Manager, Berkley, for her AMAZING customer service!
I left my metal Koozie (that I love) at the bar. I called the next day and the hostess said that it was found and it would be behind the hostess stand. A couple of days later I went to pick it up and no one could locate it. Berkeley offered to drop it off at my house once it was found, she took my phone number so I could text her my address. Unfortunately, they could not locate it but since she remembered seeing it and remembered exactly what I look like she offered to replaced it!! I was very impressed at her customer service and rectifying the situation. I know it was my fault for leaving it and she didn't have to replace it, but she was kind enough to! I have received my beloved Koozie replacement!
We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

We ate there and the service and food was excellent!
Acoustics were horrible, parking was crazy, outdoor restrooms were not working, lines were very long for drinks, overall bad experience. Won't be going back to this venue.
We stopped coming for awhile because it is always sooo busy, I’m talking waiting an hour in line for another cocktail and everything is wildly overpriced, we decided to give it a try for a concert and paid extra for “VIP” with a bar just for our section. To add to that, the bartender was very rude. Everyone got different colored wristbands for separate sections and not a soul is following directions and staff is saying nothing. So we paid an extra $50 to wait in line for drinks….Essentially save your money and get general admission if you plan on coming.
I decided to have a surprise party for my husband there, and the entire team went above and beyond to make sure that every thing was taken care of and went smoothly. I called ahead and spoke with the manager who coordinated the waitstaff and all details. I really didn’t have to think about a thing when I arrived. The food was amazing and the drinks were great as always. Always an amazing atmosphere and a great time.

We tried to reserve a portion of this restaurant for our rehearsal dinner. At first things seemed great. We went to visit and when we arrived we found out that our contact, Berkeley, was sick and wouldn’t be able to give us a tour. It’s flu season, we understood that, but following our visit, we never could get back in touch with our contact, despite emails, text messages, and phone calls. Our contact’s VM box was full so we could not even leave her a voicemail. I am incredibly disappointed in the customer service, or rather lack there of. We will not be giving this restaurant any more of our business. Find another restaurant to host your events.
