My friend has been recommending this place to me for about a year now! I finally decided to give it a try and drive the 45 minutes out to get to it.

Our party of three visited yesterday (Monday) around noon. There were a few patrons but no lunch rush so we were greeted and seated immediately. Our hostess as well as our waiter were very prompt and kind.

We shared some chips & queso and WoW - just tasting that I knew the food would be amazing. The chips are some of the best I've had! & That was just the chips. My friend ordered the beef nachos and a strawberry margarita which she says were great. I could not decide so I had the sampler which comes with bottlecaps, beef nachos, chicken quesadillas, some more queso & jarrochitas. I also had a skinny margarita. The kiddo had a kids soft taco meal. All of our food was simply delicious - there is no other word.

Our whole experience was just great! We even had some free entertainment when some ladies at the bar started to have a screaming argument. All jokes aside, I only mention it bc I was grateful at how the staff handled the situation. They were kind yet firm and quckly de-escalated the situation.

I will definitely be coming back even if it means driving the 45 minutes just to get to it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The food is delicious, and the wait times have never been long for us! The food is a bit pricey but no more so than many other similar restaurants. This is a favorite place for our family!

My husband and I were seated and served chips and salsa, but no one ever came back to take our drink order or bring us a menu. Despite multiple attempts to get a waiter's attention, we were ignored while other tables around us were being served. We waited at least 20 minutes after finishing our chips and salsa, even though the restaurant wasn’t very busy and we saw waiters standing around. Frustrated, we finally decided to leave.

This little restaurant is always hopping! It can be a little loud and crowded sometimes due to the amount of people in a small space, but the service is fast and friendly, the food is great, and the drinks are good.

The food here is wonderful! I highly recommend the Texolo plate and a mojito. The lights are low which is nice for a date.
