I used to work fast food so I get it, but my first time ordering on the app and I’m missing a whole burger, and apparently this is two large fries. Not returning.

The food never seems to be hot or even warm most days. Chicken nuggets shouldn't be like rubber and cold. The staff is hit or miss just depends. The location in cedar hill is superior is food and staff.

I ordered my nuggets and fries on the app. However, when I got to the window I was still told to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes I went inside. Note that only one customer was inside the restaurant. My nuggets were just sitting in the rack out of the grease. I stood at the register for 60 seconds, but the worker didn't notice me because he was on his phone. No one was making my order. And the manager dropped fries after my nuggets had been sitting there. The manager took no accountability. He said he was too busy to notice, but no one was in the restaurant. No one was in the drive-through. He just shoved my food toward me and walked off. This is the absolute worst service. Do not go there if you expect to be treated good, timely customer service. Do not bother ordering on the app because not even the manager will bother to see if anyone is making the order.

Terrible customer service. The girl who took our order was rude and did not give us a receipt. After waiting 10 mins for a single frosty, the girl working the food window opened it with an attitude, looked at my husband like he’s crazy and handed him our order. My husband thanked her and she slammed the window shut in his face. The frosty was gross and tasted minty when I didn’t order anything mint. All around terrible experience. I’m glad we didn’t order actual food and we will not be returning.

No manners in drive through. Literally sounded like they hated me. Burger King was way more friendly.
If you can't even be polite, I don't trust what you do when no one is looking.

This is the slowest Wendys I have ever been to. Every single time we come here it takes a minimum or 20 minutes to get our food. We aren't ordering crazy stuff either, just plain stuff. Then when you go up there they say one second and go back to the back to keep doing window orders.
