So called fresh salad was sitting in 1” of liquid and everything was soggy. Only thing I could do is throw it out. Waste of $10. Not worth the drive back to argue about it. Place is the worst Wendys I’ve been to.

Stale old food, customer service was horrible had to repeat my order 4 times while worker kept laughing into intercom having a side conversation or on the phone having a private conversation. Never going back there again

Worst Wendy's I've ever stopped at with poor customer service... The food was horrible fries were cold burger and nuggets were terrible as well.... Keep moving don't stopp🙃 we had to wait to place order there were 5 staff members they did not greet us they waited till the one cashier returned from the restroom to take our order.... terrible food and service

The food never seems to be hot or even warm most days. Chicken nuggets shouldn't be like rubber and cold. The staff is hit or miss just depends. The location in cedar hill is superior is food and staff.

1 for the price of 2 Frosties, I took the lid off and showed the guy at the window and he just shrugged.

I ordered my nuggets and fries on the app. However, when I got to the window I was still told to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes I went inside. Note that only one customer was inside the restaurant. My nuggets were just sitting in the rack out of the grease. I stood at the register for 60 seconds, but the worker didn't notice me because he was on his phone. No one was making my order. And the manager dropped fries after my nuggets had been sitting there. The manager took no accountability. He said he was too busy to notice, but no one was in the restaurant. No one was in the drive-through. He just shoved my food toward me and walked off. This is the absolute worst service. Do not go there if you expect to be treated good, timely customer service. Do not bother ordering on the app because not even the manager will bother to see if anyone is making the order.
