This is the slowest Wendys I have ever been to. Every single time we come here it takes a minimum or 20 minutes to get our food. We aren't ordering crazy stuff either, just plain stuff. Then when you go up there they say one second and go back to the back to keep doing window orders.

This place is trash! Manager should be fired! She is so disrespectful. They get your order wrong and don’t give you a receipt, then you go to tell them and manager prints receipt and slaps your food on the counter and tells me they didn’t charge me for what I wanted and didn’t care to make it right. I would have given ZERO stars if I could. Ridiculous and NEVER coming back. Food was terrible! Cold burgers and fries were old! And they can’t even count right. Missing chicken nuggets. SMH don’t waste your time or money.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Sat at the speaker for 10-15m with nobody asking to take my order and saying hello several times with no response and a line of 5-6 cars behind me I pull around to the window for them to tell me they weren't aware anyone was at the speaker because my Tahoe is "too high" .... never heard that before and after explaining we've been sitting at the speaker and trying to place our order the manager comes to the window to just argue again they didn't know we were there. Obviously that has already been understood and asked if we could just place our order now at the window we were told we have to go around and wait in line again after we've already been In like 15-20m from sitting and the speaker and explaining this at window. Your customer service skills are non-existent and yall should work on your management skills as well. Pathetic.

Worst Wendy’s I have ever been too. If the entire place is empty and there is absolutely no one in the drive through other then me, there should be absolutely no reason for me to be sitting at the pick up window for 10min, not only waiting in my food but even for anyone to come take my payment or at least hand me my drink. I ended up leaving cause otherwise I would have been late for my appointment. This isn’t the first time this happened. Y’all need to pick up your speed cause this is ridiculous:

This is the worst experience at Wendy's. I asked for 1 number 1 and just a burger single. then he asked me what drink? After that they got my order wrong on purpose. They just give me a burger nothing else. And I asked where my number 1? He said oh I did not hear you. But if that's the case why did he asked me for what flavor for my drink? Number 1 always comes with a drink. And I'm just 12 years old. After that, they finally got my order right. But they did not give me a drink and I asked him, where's my drink? He just said "Oh I forgot". Then he gave me a small drink. Don't come here there customer service is the worst.

The worst Wendy’s. Have tried giving them multiple chances but the order is always wrong and they take forever. It should not take 20 minutes in the drive thru to get 10 nuggets. Went the other day and got a bacon burger and they didn’t put any bacon. Management really needs to retrain their staff.
