They lost my order and let some random person pick it up without confirming they are DoorDash. I Ordered from their website. Two hours after they lost my order I never got a call back from them until I repeatedly kept calling to get an update. Finally told them to refund my money 2-5 days for them to refund my money.

The app didn’t work twice!!!!! The girl that answered the phone got my last name wrong twice!! It took 40 mins to get our wings and they put our different flavored wings in the same container!!! The staff is incompetent!!!!

i dont understand the low ratings ???? i come here all the time and ive never had any issues. especially since they hired new shift leaders everything has been great!!!! the service is amazing, the food is delicious, and this place deserves at LEAST 4 stars
I don't know why the reviews are so bad on this wingstop? I went and i had to wait, but they were busy and I noticed they make the food when it's supposed to be ready so if you come when you placed it but you have to wait. I guess some people are just impatient, And they customer service there is fantastic the cashier he was a very nice. He made sure everybody gets served even if there's a bunch of people that have orders. He asked everybody if they had a pick up and if somebody didn't he was very nice and told him just a second. THIS PLACE NEEDS 5 ⭐️!!!!!

Wingstop midlo has come along way. It is certainly a huge improvement over the 2019 Wingstop midlo. All of these two star teenage haters who got told they had to pay $.50 for ranch leaving bad reviews. Staff is quick and reliable
I LOVE Wingstop, but the Wingstop in Midlothian is AWFUL!!!!!! I've ordered out twice from here and both times have been the same. I have them the benefit of the doubt and thought that maybe they just had an off night the first time I ordered. I was wrong...they apparently do not care enough to try to serve good, hot food!! Both times my fries were barely warm, if you could even call it "warm" and tasted a little stale. My chicken sandwich had so much grease in the container that it was pooled around my sandwich. I tried to complain and the worker just WALKED AWAY while I was complaining!!!! WALKED AWAY!!!!! Wingstop should be absolutely ashamed to have their name associated with the Wingstop in Midlothian!!!
