I ordered my food online at 7:13pm, they said it was going to be about a 35-40 minute wait, so I waited until 7:55 to go in. I walk in and everyone is standing around the counter waiting for their food and I ask when mine will be ready. The girl at the front tells me about 10 minutes. I sit there for 50 minutes before I even get my food. At this point I am irritated and go home to eat. The drive to my house is 5 minutes and when I go to eat, the food is ice cold and my wings barely have sauce on them. If the food was hot to begin with, it wouldn't be that cold in 5 minutes. You can also tell that the wings and fries were not fresh at all. It was absolutely ridiculous and the customer service wasn't great either. Everyone there was waiting 45+ minutes for orders they placed an hour ago and the staff didn't seem to care too much. They should've offered refunds or free food but they didn't and stood around telling people 10 more minutes when they knew that was false. I am highly disappointed with this store and I will never go back. Every time I go, my food is never fresh, and after waiting so long for my food, I'll take my services elsewhere.

Ordered for carry out and when I got home the original hot and mild had no sauce. I reached a out to customer service and they would not make it right other than to say they can get me a free order of fries. The fries were not the issue so I am not sure how this is good customer service. Check your order before you leave.

You’re better off ordering online because the people that work the front counter at the Midlothian location are illiterate.
This place can be great one week and poor the next. Last week it was good and food was hot. It's not always hot or fresh and it's inconsistent service.

👉👉👉 Make sure you check all your food before you leave. Reading the reviews I've realized these guys are big at not giving you all the food you paid for. Ordered the 20 piece boneless meal and only got 15 boneless wings. Didn't realize until I got home.

Placed an order for over $70. Went to pick up my order. After I got my order picked my walmart order and drove 25 min home. Got home and my kids were missing their food.... I should have checked.. I called up there and they said the other bag is still there. So I drive 25 min to get there. They hand me my bag. The food was now sitting on the shelf for well over an hour. The employee asked if I had fries in there. I tokd him yes. He asked of I wanted fresh fries. The rest of the food that waa sitting there for over an hour didn't count. They knew I waa coming back up there and couldn't even redo the food. I had an isaue with this location back in October 2024 but figures I will give it another go. Ever again...

The GM is racist there was a problem with my food and I asked them to corrected it and someone said something about me in Spanish. I reported and nothing happened, I also seen roaches in the dinning room and was told they will resolve the problem when I leave the table. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED and will never be coming back to this wingstop!!!!

would you like some wings with your grease?? 20 wings, zero flavor and a bowl of grease along with it.. this place literally flavors there wings with grease. I know this is not a first for this establishment.

Ridiculous service, placed my order, I was late to get there on my pick up time, wings still weren't ready and I had to wait til my fries got cold.
Hope eventually they hire more/replace cooks and replace the person on the front.
They also skimp on the seasoning and sauce, which is ridiculous.
It's the only wingstop in town, they can make a lot of business if they were only good.
The owner of this franchise needs a wake-up call.

I placed an order at 8:40pm and arrived at 8:55pm and checked in with a brown hair white girl who told me my order wasn’t ready yet so I went and sat down 20 minutes later 15 minutes past the pickup time a different customer who was waiting for his order went up and asked for his order because he was waiting a while as well and when he was asked he was handed his order off the self where it had been waiting so I said what about my order and it was handed to me off the shelf presumably to where it was waiting for who knows what. I would understand it if it was super busy but she was on her phone in the corner (the same girl from earlier). My food had been waiting on the shelf for who knew how long and no one bothered to yell out the name. I worked all day put in a mobile order so it would be quick just to be treated like this. And just to top it all off the wings are barely seasoned and there is little to no sauce. Do not spend ur money here I truly regret it. Time and money wasted.

I get they are the only wingstop in town but you would think they'd prepare for that in the dinner and night rushes but they don't. Instead they get backed up over 1 hour, put you on hold for 20 mins, then don't answer forcing you to call them back 13 times just to put an order in to then wait 50 mins to get it. Better off driving to another city like cedar hill or Mansfield and will recieve service 3x faster. What a shame.. hoping another franchisee takes advantage and opens another one by Walmart I'd definitely go there instead.
