We recently bought a property 5 minutes away from here and realized this is the closest place you can get food. ( or in our case not food.) We walked in and the aroma and smoke was terrible like how many restaurants dont have a vent hood. Maybe use the overpriced checks to do that. The fries were the only edible thing. My uncle ordered the cheese fries which were burned and the bacon was raw. Highly dont recommend unless you want food poisoning for fun.

I had an awesome chopped BBQ sandwich. The ladies working there were very friendly. My issues are the fries were very greasy and the building was very smokey. So, drain the fries a bit more and get a vent hood. I will definitely be back to try a burger.

This was my first and last time eating here. I am giving 1 star on all platforms,because I rated the food and place through my receipt as an option, and I was contacted on my phone after my rating. The lady was rude, hostile and very unprofessional. She then texted my phone, cursing at me for giving her a bad review. No other drink options other than the sour tea I paid for in which I didn't even get until I asked for it. While I sat and watched others get there's before me. My burgers were soggy and so we're my fries , seemed like they were cooked early and heated back up in the microwave. Just curious has anyone else had a personal call/text bullying them about there rating or is it just me ??? If you can't take criticism in the food industry or deal with a low rating then you shouldn't work in the food industry. I gave a rating from my experience and should not have been bullied or harassed for it.

On my way back home after a trip over seas and was craving a good, authentic burger. This place is it. My parents and I ordered: Original, Bubba Liv, and Cowboy burgers. All AMAZING!! Great portions, beautifully cooked, and the fries are amazing as well! The service is EXCELLENT as well!! 10/10 recommend coming to try them out. ☺️

Wanted to eat in a small town and glad we came across Horse Breakers cafe yesterday. Meechie the owner was lovely and friendly. Her daughter was also lovely. The home cooked fries were yummy!

I went a couple of days ago to get a Bacon cheddar burger and a sliced beef sandwich and it was absolutely amazing. The sliced beef was tender and the bacon cheddar burger was juicy and delicious one of the best burgers I’ve ever had .The sweet tea was so good i had to get a refill .The inside was so very homey . I definitely enjoyed and will be back .

Ended up paying over $14 for a piece of boudin, saltine crackers, and a small sweet tea that tasted a few days old. Everything else was way more expensive. The atmosphere was very standoffish, there was one group sitting down and everyone staring at you walking in and ordering right next to the door. The two young girls working were nice enough, Nothing negative to say about them. This place has a lot of potential to be a great local hot spot if y'all put in a little work with the prices, facility (in and out) , and workers.
