“I come here a lot and there is usually one older lady working all by herself and she seems overwhelmed. Long lines happen and even if you order ahead on the app it does get made until you get there but this last time I went they had a new woman working there and she was there all by herself, seemed new but she was managing.”

“Honestly, best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a long time. Drive-Thru associate was super personable and engaged while I ordered and I swear it was ready 10-15 seconds after I finished talking for it to be ready. By the time I got to the window to pay, my food was already wrapped up neatly in a bag. Also, the Crunchy Taco Supreme I got might have been the most beautiful, picturesque one I’ve ever received. It was absolutely loaded with ingredients - like the ones you see in the photos on their menu.

When you stop in Madisonville at Buc-ee’s, fill your tank, but don’t fill your belly. Drive across the highway to this TB instead - you won’t regret it.”

She took my order with a smile and made my drink exactly how I wanted it despite it being a pretty complicated order. Not once did she seem inconvenienced by it. I was having a really rough day, and somehow this complete stranger managed to turn it around with her patience, warmth, and excellent customer service. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a lasting impression in just a few minutes.
