Ordered 2 subs online. Waited 15-20 minutes because my app told us that they started to build our subs. Went in, “toaster not working” Ok turns out they WEREN’T ‘building our subs’. We said we’ll take them cold. There were 2 employees ‘working’ despite the toaster not working. So we sat and waited another 10 minutes while they took their sweet time making our sandwiches. Also we both ordered extra sauce on our subs, they are both bone dry. I ordered aioli and got ranch. No extra tomatoes on mine. Both of the ladies gossiped and pretended we didn’t exist the whole time. Subway has let us down once again

Stopped into the new Road Ranger to pick up the Subway sandwich I had ordered for our family from the Subway app. The sandwich was ready as promised bread was dry and it was not overstuffed with veggies - even though we order the “extra” veggies. Clean and brand new location inside the Road Ranger.

Ordered a wrap, but it was prepared on flat bread. I asked if that is a wrap, and they said yes. I said, 'other subways use a wrap' and the reply was that flatbread is a wrap. OK. Customer isn't always right. However, pics on subway's website illustrate differently. Then I wasn't charged correctly. No big deal as I'm not going to argue over $2 (I just won't go back). Food was still good, place was clean, and employees were nice enough. Just typical fail on subway training and/or management.
