I go to mineral wells store 6-7 days a week for my 31 yr old autistic son. The Staff are amazing. I do NOT like the new containers for tender meal. The gravy needs to be in a separate container. If I move the box gravy gets on the chicken, roll and fries. It is messy. My son won’t eat it with gravy on top and neither would I. There is no good way to get the container home without gravy everywhere. Please go back to the old way or figure out a way to separate the gravy.
Rob is a the and sympathetic person, I know for him not to do his job and let a new person walk out of the job because he cannot do his job because he chose to leave because he know he has to cover a shift more than one day out of a week because he is a GM. It shows that he does not need that job, and if his bosses does not do their job and put him in his place, the store would not be where it needs to be and their employees will continue to leave that store because of him he is not a good GM and I’m saying this personally I would never come back to the store. I would never purchase anything from the store as long as he there since he can’t do his job and then on top of that his wife works there. I thought that was a policy where your wife cannot work where you work and you are GM that needs to be fixed too .

GM needs to manage his product period they sell spoiled and undercooked chicken one customer got a chicken patty that was green... Freaking green that is spoiled and rotting that is disgusting ? be warned avoid this place if you don't want to get sick I've gotten multiple chicken sandwiches from here that have been undercooked and partially raw. And the company owner doesn't need to respond to this review it's already too late for this establishment.

The chicken is great! It should be. Afterall, chicken is in their name. But I have two words for you: Fries and Rolls. That's what sets Golden Chick apart in my opinion! Great french fries and great rolls. Nicely done.

The people 'working' tonight were a joke! They just stood around joking for 10 minutes while I just stood there! My chicken was cold and dry and I didn't get a roll! They will never get my business again!! Y'all can do better!

I went in the other night to order catfish and there were out of coleslaw. I got home and was disappointed of the four pieces of catfish. I will not being ordering catfish from them again. Service was ok. There is no ambiance. I received a call today from the GM and he listened to my reasoning for writing my review. He invited me to comeback and he would buy my dinner. When I arrived the lady who normally runs the register left the front and the young man who came to the register had to call the GM for instructions. The meal I received was lukewarm. I tried to give them another opportunity but that will be my last visit!

We visited this place 1 week a go. We ordered our chicken. Got 16 piece tender for the kids and my husband and I got the 8 piece fried chicken. After sitting there for 20 or so mins they came out to our table only to tell us they didn't have fried chicken did we want something different. They did give us a full refund and our gallon of tea was free but how do you make us wait 20 mins to tell us you didn't have fried chicken. It was 6pmish. We were the only people inside. They had customers in drive thru but by no means were they busy. I'd recommend asking if they have what you want before you order it.
