The people 'working' tonight were a joke! They just stood around joking for 10 minutes while I just stood there! My chicken was cold and dry and I didn't get a roll! They will never get my business again!! Y'all can do better!
I went in the other night to order catfish and there were out of coleslaw. I got home and was disappointed of the four pieces of catfish. I will not being ordering catfish from them again. Service was ok. There is no ambiance. I received a call today from the GM and he listened to my reasoning for writing my review. He invited me to comeback and he would buy my dinner. The chicken is great! It should be. Afterall, chicken is in their name. But I have two words for you: Fries and Rolls. That's what sets Golden Chick apart in my opinion! Great french fries and great rolls. Nicely done.
