If you go through the drive-thru and order your food it will be wrong I think there may be something wrong with the speaker box. Never really had an issue with the McDonald’s until last night. Food was kinda disappointing to both me and my boyfriend but sometimes bad nights happen and I get that. However, the lady working the window was lucky I didn’t want to wind up in handcuffs for the night. She was probably one of the rudest people I’ve ever met and needs to learn about customer service. The customer service is lacking. They hardly ever get your order right the first time. And when you have to come back in they don't make it worth your while to even come back they don't apologize none of that.
