As a former employee I can most certainly agree with how employees are treated at this location. You are talked down to and management is not mature by any means. The leadership can be heard throughout the restraunt cussing and talking negatively about fellow employees annd customers as well instead of conducting it in the office. They live firing upon a whim if they don’t agree with you.. They have family working for them who like to talk down to the elderly employees by saying they have to be told 5 times how to do something and how old people don’t belong working there and this is coming from the managements daughter. It’s no wonder why you’re short staffed, grow up.

I just came throw the drive and I was not even at the red light and looked in my bag my food was up side down my baby was crying I did not want to come back but it's very very upsetting that I have to spend that much money on a happy meal and a big mac meal and it's upside down ..

The huge lady who I assume is the manager is extremely rude to her workers. Could hear her yelling from outside the waiting area. They have curbside pick up but it’s never working. The place is also filthy.

Ordered a double quarter pounder no onions no pickles no ketchup extra mustard and added 2 strips of bacon cost $10 for burger only and got it ketchup and pickles only

Ordered 3 items screen looked corrected she repeated it back correctly but at window was only handed 2 items and it seemed a few mins of confusion and laughter about it. The attitude and behavior expressed by the employee's in my opinion was rude. On a positive note food was warm n very tasteful.

The woman that usually works the drive through is completely ignorant and rude 24/7 and acts as if you aren’t even there even while being completely nice and saying thank you she continues to ignore you and not even speak and when she does she is completely rude. It has been every time I’ve been there. Plus it says open 24 hours and they definitely aren’t. I’ve held my tongue every time though the drive through and only because I live close and this is the only one I come to and I don’t want spit in my food but eventually I will loose it. I’m always kind and say thank you and see these people as people, not just workers so I am as nice as I can be. I will not continue to take her attitude

Take a look at these french fries this is a large order fresh out of the sack they had to be at the drive-through. Looks like they poured the leftovers in the bottom of the basket into my tray and served it to me, really feel cheated. all the french fries in the holder are that size and that old.

The customer service is lacking. They hardly ever get your order right the first time. And when you have to come back in they don't make it worth your while to even come back they don't apologize none of that.
