I just want to say this place has the BEST employees !!! From management on Down ! You don’t find many fast food places that are so sweet and caring like they are at this location kudos to the manager she is so sweet and helpful !!!!

Pretty good usually but they do like to mark down that the orders are ready well before they actually are.... which is really annoying.. quit lying about your times to make yourselves look better...

Don't go. The staff do not care about doing anything. The quality of food will make you sick. I hope the new owner gets this place at 1/2 its value Because the current owner is killing it.

Every time I go I have to make sure they have spicy breasts because I have ordered so many times in the past and had to wait 15 minutes even after placing my order ahead of time. Today I went and the breast were the size of a chicken tender. When I called up there because it appeared to be a thigh, the guy that answered stated no I made your order it was a small breast but it was a breast. If you’re up-charging for a breast then we should get a breast or you shouldn’t change more for something that isn’t even worth the charge. What’s more disturbing is the fact the employee knew and acknowledged what he did and then wanted to make it right after I was already home. If you knew that wasn’t acceptable why would you even do that to a paying customer. The counter people have always been so wonderful but the cooks need replaced. Every time there has been an issue it has always been with the cook crew. I have never had a bad experience with the customer service front end.

We visited Popeyes in Mineral Wells. They were out of fries, our chicken was cold. We paid for large drinks, but were told there were no large cups.

Food was good. Descent price. The service was very very slow and we were the only ones in the dtive thru lone, but they got our food confused. Plus i think they cook their chicken in the same grease as their fish

$3 for a cup of water is wild, had to pull up and wait for 5+ minutes for our food which was super greasy.
