la comida mas auténtica Mexicana de Mineral Wells sin duda ! los otros restaurantes "Mexicanos" son mas tex mex. La Fondita, 100% sabor mexicano. no cambien! The most AUTHENTIC Mexican Food I've had living in minerals over 10 yrs. by far the best hands down! The other Mexican restaurants in town or more texmex incorporated. Not La Fondita it's 100% Flovor of Mexico!
Tried the quesadilla was really good the meat was nice and juicy well try the other meats they have.

I wish I could give them more than five stars. You will always be served the best tacos in town here. Sadly I can't recommend a favorite because they are ALL good.Do yourself a favor and get some horchata. Yes! So good!
Food are so delicious. You guys need to try them. We ordered Street Taco (Carnetas), Machete, Pambazzo and Beef Quesadilla. ALL we ordered was so good. The Best!
