We raise WAGYU beef so we are accustomed to high quality beef, but we are not brisket cooks. We took 2 WAGYU briskets to be smoked at AJ’S for Christmas Eve and they were beyond amazing! Thank you for preparing our beef to perfection. The best brisket we have ever eaten hands down!
