Based on customer reviews, El Cuaco Mocho BBQ and Grill is a very clean restaurant with attentive owners. The food is delicious, with specific favorites including the barbacoa taco, which was perfection and did not need salt or pepper, and the caritas taco, which was amazing. The beans were beyond fantastic, and the jalapeno sausage was very good. The Bistec Tacos were very good, and the fideo was excellent, just like Gramma makes. The brisket had great flavor, and the macaroni had a good jalapeno flavor. The chicken was so juicy with a hint of bbq flavor. The restaurant offers a buffet with succulent chicken for $14.99 and brisket and ribs for $19.99. The atmosphere is old, rustic, and Western with a good mix of Spanish and country music. The tacos are hands down the best tacos ever, and the service and atmosphere are 10/10. This is the best BBQ in town.
