My family and I went for dinner. We were not greeted at the door and took about maybe three minutes to be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. The server took our drink order and I ordered some appetizers. Took about 20 minutes to get appetizers delivered by a different server and our sever was nowhere to been to be seen. She came to our table ten minutes later and asked if we were ready to order and I answered sarcastically “about ten minutes ago.” We ordered and waited maybe 15 minutes for our food . Food was decent, we were hungry, so we didn’t complain about it. Our server never asked if our meals were good or not good only “you need anything else.” Then later my daughter took her baby out of the high chair and a lady, maybe manager, ask if she could take the high chair away as were leaving and not having knowledge off the bad service we were having. We ate and she never acknowledged that we were done because she was busy talking at the server station. We finally stopped her and asked for TO GO Boxes and brought 1 back. Didn’t seem to grasp we were ready to leave and didn’t offer check until we asked for it. I don’t know if our server was new or needs more training.

Im not one or have ever been a person to leave any negative reviews but the service and this place just 0/10, my party and I got seated but no server ever came to ask for drinks or our order,for about 30 minutes we sat there until I finally decided to go ask a group of servers just standing and having a conversation if we could get a server since I had seeen a couple parties that got there maybe 15 after and and had already got seated and got their drink orders, then I understand food take a bit to make and all understandable our whole table got served except my little brother, he was the last person served at the table he might’ve got the most simple thing on there the chicken tenders, and then still he was missing the ranch, like cmon 20 to 30 min for 2 chicken tenders and the fries and no ranch, finally we could finish eating, throughout service server never came back to ask if we needed anything else or any refills, how the food was etc… we had to ask another employee if we could get the bill , server was nowhere to be found, other employee had to go get her to get us bill (thank you to that employee very kind only one with great customer service) I didn’t not bother getting servers name , not of importance after this experience. I’ve never gone to eat a place and I had to go look for my own server , place wasn’t too busy . I myself have worked in customer serviceAnd have had to wait on people and I’ve never had someone have an experience like this, service sucked I hope you do better:/

What a disappointment this place is, finally a breakfast dine in and the service there is horrible, I was barely greeted when I walked in, never offered coffee or anything to drink after waiting there for 10 min the lady went to another table that had come in after me, clearly understaffed, rude, no hype at all, seems like they don’t even want to work, I just left since there is no sense of urgency to attend customers blahhhh was really craving the 2x2x2 ? employees need customer service training and management needs to step it up

I do not recommend this place, I ordered a country fried Stake and it came out raw, I waited almost 2 hours for them to tell me that it was not cooked well ?? my daughters' order also the egg was cooked hard and you couldn't even bite it, disgusting place and teach Tell your waitresses not to look like dogs when they are working. I will never go to this place again.

The manager there is pretty inflexible and rude. The entire time I waited for my food, I watched her smiling and laughing on the phone on a personal call (you can tell it was personal) while everyone around her hustled and worked. Must be nice to get paid to lean against the window and talk on the phone. ?

This place was new and spacious. Unfortunately, the large flaw was the service. We were seated friendly and timely. Then the service went south. We didn't know who our waiter or waitress was. We never even made it to the drink order, after 30 minutes. With a hungry child, we couldn't have her wait any longer, we left no desire to return.

Horrible service we got there and the host was quick to give us a table, we got a menu.. no one single waiter came to our table and ask for our drinks…. Some other people got seat right after us and that waiter approached to them got them drinks…. Waiter looked at us many times while he was walking back and forth with other tables never made the attempt to let us know he was busy and that he’ll be with us…. We left and the restaurant wasn’t even pack to put that as an excuse
