We came in late and tired last night at 2037 S Padre in Corpus Christi. The manager greeted us immediately. He and the server both checked on us and made sure we were taken care of. Food was hot and good. It was refreshing to see a manager so on the ball that actually cared. Definitely will return!
Currently sitting here eating breakfast. The service has been horrible since we walked in. We’ve asked for sugar, creamer, coffee refills, water, and napkins multiple times. It has yet to be brought to us. Our order was paraded to 3 other table until I had to yell to get the waiters attention to tell him that the order was our. The food was cold. Customers consistently praise the attentive service from staff like Frida and manager Thelma, who ensure everything runs smoothly. The manager Magaly is also noted for her excellent oversight, making sure customers are satisfied. The food is always hot and served in a timely manner, with pancakes being soft and warm, and chicken strips delicious. The friendly waitresses keep checking to see if guests need anything, enhancing the overall experience.
