the caldo de res my parents ordered today was not good at all, ended throwing most of it away, and I ordered a whole chicken to go since I got there and after waiting a long time (about 30 minutes) was asked if it could be replaced with a 10 piece leg and thigh because the whole chicken would not be ready soon.

I swear I took forever to order , I said um like 20 times , I had multiple questions and requests . She never once lost her cool , it’s late as hell and she must be at the end of her shift , and I know my voice isn’t the sweetest lol she didn’t get annoyed in the slightest . Not many people have patience , manners , respect and friendliness at drive thrus anymore. Gotta give credit where credit is due ! 👏🏼❤️
