“I LOVE SIEMPRE NATURAL. Every time I come to the RGV I need to come to Siempre Natural because their cold salads are some of the best I have ever had!! They have like 4-5 locations, and each location always has a lot of parking, available seating and always looks very clean. My go-to location is the one in McAllen.Something I always appreciate is the fact that they serve your food on their to-go containers. I almost never finish my food so it is more convenient for me to get my food served in the container. So I always get their 2 cold salads and green salad combo with a side of fideo soup and a drink. My salad order is the romaine base with pineapple, seeds, cheese and shredded carrots. PLUS their cilantro dressing is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I always get extra for my salads at home lol. For their cold salads, I always stick with my Chipotle Chicken Salad. I never swap that one out because it's so good and creamy (not super spicy which I appreciate). My other favorites include their Mexican Tuna and their elbow mac and cheese. Their soups are so good and my two favorites are the Chile Poblon and the Fideo!! My go-to drink is the horchata or lemonade. Overall, SN holds a special place in my heart and will be on my rotation for every time I go to the valley!“
“Everything we’ve had here is well-seasoned, fresh and delicious.We’ve visited several times and have tried some of their specials, most of the paninis, a couple of soups and pastries.The buffalo chicken sandwich that I had last time we visited was quite literally dripping with flavor. Buffalo sauce, a crunchy coleslaw and pickles made for the perfect complement to the crispy chicken inside a toasted croissant.One of our favorite paninis is the BLT that comes with a fried egg and avocado. The bread is perfectly crisp on the outside while the fresh, smooth avocado and warm, fried egg combine so well inside.My boyfriend and I really love the soups of the day, too. So far we’ve had lentils, chicken and vegetables, potatoes in chipotle, and fideo. It’s hard to pick a favorite since they’ve all been flavorful and hearty.It’s hard to walk away without trying the beautiful pastry selection by the display near the doors. We’ve had a slice of Chocolate Abuelita cake that tastes just as sweet like the familiar Mexican drink. Since it was Valentine’s Day recently, we also had the dipped strawberries that were coated with a bittersweet chocolate to balance the sweetness in each bite. I’ve yet to try the carrot cake but I’ve got my eye on it!Overall, there’s nothing sloppy or stale in the quality or freshness of the food here, but the owners go beyond offering a great fare and also provide some of the best customer service around.We’re big fans of this place, this hardworking family and their food. “The service was great, all of our food was good except for one "The tour of France" somehow the plate was far looking from the menu picture! Lol, the lasagna was flat, and the chicken was extra, extra, and extra crispy. Lol, I'm pretty sure the chicken Parmesan is not supposed to be that way.“
“The food was delicious but I better took it home because most of the staff is zero professional. This girl Cinthia, I think her name was, was playing and flirting with other employees (badly spoken). I had to repeat my order 3 times because this girl was not paying attention, she was more attentive to what was happening behind. I swear I was going to complain but the manager of this location was also a participant in the probe and what good was it. Zero professional ethics are followed by the staff, that's why they do that. I feel like they even make comments about customers and make fun of them. I will not go to this location again. ALWAYS NATURALLY CHECK WHO THEY HIRE OR TRAIN THEM TO PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.“
“Everything was a 5/5!! Especially the service! Server Joaquin was very lively and kind and took very good care of us. We had got the salad and soup combo and it was delicious. The soup came to our table almost immediately and hot, and the salad and breadsticks were a great starter which were also served very swiftly. Would definitely visit this location again and request server Joaquin 100 times over!“
“I visited here for my lunch break around 2pm. Thankfully it wasn't busy and the service was fast. Counter person was lovely. People did start trickling in after me though. I ordered the chicken almond and chicken grape with cilantro dressing and a side of poblano soup. Everything tasted homemade and delicious. They have a very nice variety of aguas frescas; pineapple, mango, and more tropical flavors.“
