“The restaurant is very lovely and well lit on the inside. The menu is diverse. The chicken was amazing, however the sides were mid. I got the half chicken plate with Mexican street corn and Mac & Cheese. Service was quick and the sweet tea and lemonade were very pleasant tasting. 8/10“
“Just went there for lunch. They are located in the Mercado District. The fried chicken sandwich was so delicious! The chicken was tender and juicy and had just the right amount of heat. I don't usually like coleslaw but theirs was really tasty and complimented the sandwich well. I got a waffle fries as my side that needed a bit of seasoning but were pretty good. I also had to try their Bernie Mac and it was some of the best Mac and cheese I've had! Highly recommend. The Mercado district is pretty nice for grabbing a bite to eat with friends and then walking around to shop. The service was fast. They sent you a text once your food is ready. Great place and reasonably priced.“

“We were seated immediately our server was good and apologized for long wait , he did gives up regular tea instead of sweet tea. He looked rushed. I ordered a sirloin steak and it was dry, had no flavor the only juicy part of the steak was the middleI drowned my steak in A1 but that didn't help, it was still to dry.i was disappointed because my famand I like eating here, but I won't be back for a while .“

Feels like you are stepping into a random roadside mom and pop dinner.All that being said I had already made up my mind that I wasn't going to like it.That was until I took my first bite of their fried catfish. WOW what an impressive job of frying with great flavor and still maintaining a flaky texture. The shrimp was no less impressive!!The sides were mediocre but the fish and shrimp stole the show.
