THE BEST ENCHILADAS!!!! also staff was super sweet to my son.
Don’t expect your botana for 6 order to include chips, salsa, veggies, or even tortillas. When calling to inform of the missing food, the manager Susie said the extras listed including tortillas are just considered extras and complimentary. If I wanted to get the extras that they didn’t include in my original order (which I paid full price for), then I would need to place a whole new order for $120. I had always heard bad things that would come out of Taco Olés food and today I witnessed it myself. We ordered a chicken fajita botana for 1 and we had a black rock in the food. The waitress apologized and said she would mention it to her manager and said we would receive a discount for the inconvenience, come to find out they only gave us a $2 discount! Absolutely ridiculous!! We paid, left and won’t be returning.
