People working there have no sense of urgency. Ordered online and was not ready even after being told it would be done in 5mins. Took another 20 minutes a whole hour and food was cold and not done correctly .

my comment for improvement would be the soda section/condiment section. the soda machine was overflowing with left over ice, the screen was sticky, the counter top where you get forks/napkins was really sticky. my suggestion would be to pay more attn to keeping that area clean as many people do touch those areas.

My order was wrong. Apart from that, I requested crispy and wet. They were dry and the skin was still mushy. I requested they fix my order. They refused to fulfill the combo. Just the wings. I feel like, when I order a combo, I'm enjoying the experience of their food. My first experience was not good. My second? Not complete. And the wings were still dry and mushy the second time around.

On Superbowl Sunday I had the worst experience the app said be the hero and order ahead. I placed my order at 12 pm to pick it up at 6:30 pm. I got there a bit early 6:20pm to check on the order and the cashier says its still going to take another 20 to 30 mins. I noticed it was packed but why do they advertise the "be the hero of the party" and not have the orders on time ? Anyway I go to my car and wait 30 mins and went back inside just for them to tell me to wait another 20 mins, the girl said that they had a lot of orders still I reminded that she had said that 30 mins ago and she apologized. 20 mins passed and I finally got my order I drove home and I didn't even have my full order and had to drive back and wait another 15 mins for them to give me my full order.

Always have my order wrong, when I mean always I’m not exaggerxating oh and they take forever. Waited over an hr for an order I placed online that said it would be ready in 16mn. Got to the restaurant and had to wait an hr more. To top it off the workers aren’t in the best mood or have any curtesy. Uno sigue llendo por que nos gusta el sabor de wingstop but this location needs to get it together and better team management!

This place needs new staff or better training. Food always has an issue. I ordered delivery lemon pepper and got mango habanero. I always mean to order from expway and by mistake whenever I get from Conway something is always wrong, cold, horrible.

Wing Stop owner if you’ve noticed sales drop at this location, you might want to fix parking lot and signage lighting. Looks like the locations is closed.
Please avoid this place and go to the one on palmhurst instead. This place has been in the hole for years it seems. I always try to avoid it but whenever my family buys from here, the orders are ALWAYS wrong. We ordered from here today and to no ones surprise, it’s a wrong order. Wrong wings, wrong count. If it’s not one thing, it’s another with this place. I have no idea how people buy from here. This place was so bad it made me write my first review in my life. I nearly fell to my knees in disappointment, this ruined my week. Order from palmhurst instead.
