Came to eat here after a long day of working, the food was fresh and hot, waited about 20-25 minutes even with a full house of customers. The cooks were quick as I saw through the window, cashiers were nice and attentive to me while taking my order. Would definitely come again.

They forgot my wings, called and the had me on hold and said the best they could do is issue a refund even after I said I just wanted my wings. I drove to the restaurant to order my wings and with only 2 other tables present they told me my 10 wings would take 20 minutes.

Came in to place my order and the cashier was not even paying attention. He was still helping other customers even though he asked what would I like to order. Very scatter brain. Really dislike the energy of the place. Would not recommend. Also very very very slow. No sense of urgency for any orders.

They are so SLOWWWWW!!! I ordered online to get my order quicker and I still had to do a 25 minute wait. I ordered it at 8:16, 15 wings should be ready by 9pm, but I still had to wait 25 minutes AFTER my order! A whole damn hour!!! The workers are so unapologetic.

People working there have no sense of urgency. Ordered online and was not ready even after being told it would be done in 5mins. Took another 20 minutes a whole hour and food was cold and not done correctly .
my comment for improvement would be the soda section/condiment section. the soda machine was overflowing with left over ice, the screen was sticky, the counter top where you get forks/napkins was really sticky. my suggestion would be to pay more attn to keeping that area clean as many people do touch those areas.

My order was wrong. Apart from that, I requested crispy and wet. They were dry and the skin was still mushy. I requested they fix my order. They refused to fulfill the combo. Just the wings. I feel like, when I order a combo, I'm enjoying the experience of their food. My first experience was not good. My second? Not complete. And the wings were still dry and mushy the second time around.

On Superbowl Sunday I had the worst experience the app said be the hero and order ahead. I placed my order at 12 pm to pick it up at 6:30 pm. I got there a bit early 6:20pm to check on the order and the cashier says its still going to take another 20 to 30 mins. I noticed it was packed but why do they advertise the "be the hero of the party" and not have the orders on time ? Anyway I go to my car and wait 30 mins and went back inside just for them to tell me to wait another 20 mins, the girl said that they had a lot of orders still I reminded that she had said that 30 mins ago and she apologized. 20 mins passed and I finally got my order I drove home and I didn't even have my full order and had to drive back and wait another 15 mins for them to give me my full order.

Always have my order wrong, when I mean always I’m not exaggerxating oh and they take forever. Waited over an hr for an order I placed online that said it would be ready in 16mn. Got to the restaurant and had to wait an hr more. To top it off the workers aren’t in the best mood or have any curtesy. Uno sigue llendo por que nos gusta el sabor de wingstop but this location needs to get it together and better team management!
