1st time there, walked in to order everything was great, NXT time I walked in and went to the counter, a young man came out and asked if I was picking up. I said no! He disappeared. There were two girls just standing in the back looked at me and completely ignored I was there.To bad that I was placing a order to go for a party of 10 at home.So just went to Wings and Rings

Was on the line for 20min, nd it turned out to be 11:20. Yet when they finally answer they say they can’t take my order. Plus they and it to another employee (the phone ) after I asked for the employees name and said “they can’t provide that info. I make my way down to the location and ppl r walking out with meals.This place closes at MIDNIGHT not 11:20Employees seem to back each other up cuz when I arrived they was all huddled on the phone instead of them running a business.And witnessed 2 more ppl show up getting told they aren’t taking orders.**If it’s closed early change ur times*** don’t say to call and you’ll have ur order ready for u cuz they aren’t they just laughing talking and saying they tired goofing around!

I ordered DoorDash from this restaurant and they gave me the wrong food entirely! Wasn’t even close to what I ordered. The dasher that got my food was nice enough to go back to the restaurant to see if I can get my correct food but instead he got met with a very unhelpful and very defensive staff at the restaurant. Not only did they not give him a chance to explain himself and the situation but constantly told him that he got the right order and he was wrong when in fact he was not wrong. Very upset since I barely get anytime to eat my dinner for the day and then for this to happen? Horrible service

Customer service was horrible. Place was dirty I asked for paper towels cuz the roll they had out in the dine in was empty and the lady gives me the whole roll for me to replace. 30 minutes later I went to ask for our food and was told they were waiting for the fries. 45 minutes later went to ask again and was told they were waiting for the fries again so I requested my money back. Manager had an attitude and even asked me for my cup back. Mind you the place wasn't even busy at all.

The employees are just playing and laughing. They keep prepping online orders over dine in orders it’s been about 45 minutes and we’re still waiting for our order. There’s not a lot of people in the restaurant. Don’t recommend this location at all.
i don't usually do reviews but this place looks like a mess every time i come, had to wait 40+ min for a 15 piece combo, place honestly looked like a mess w no trash can in sight how do they hope for it to stay clean? ,started talking w another lady who was also waiting on her food for OVER an hr and while complaining abt what was going on i caught a glimpse of a worker notice us and be smirking thinking its funny that we have to wait so long for food :/ i usually try to understand the situation as i've worked in the service industry but this wingstop is a joke <3
