The lack of allergen/ingredient information was so extreme for this place that we ended up not even bothering to all go in after one of our party went in to grab it and found no information anywhere. If you have any food allergies I suggest not even bothering with this chain.

American Deli offers a wide variety of food with huge portions. Customers praise the excellent service, with cashiers described as kind, attentive, awesome, positive, and energetic, making guests feel welcome and even joking with them. The food is consistently on point, and the wings are considered the best in the city, with many sauce options available. Diners can expect loads of fries, and the establishment provides plenty of sauces, utensils, and more without needing to ask. It's seen as giving great bang for your buck and definitely worth a try. However, one customer reported an issue with a salad containing no lettuce, only vegetables, and was told to return the next day, which was unsatisfactory. The parking lot can sometimes be cramped.
