Yum, had this treat at Kirby’s icehouse before Korn show! So good highly recommend!!
This food truck was at my community today and I decided to go buy some red beans and rice since it received so many good reviews. When I got home home and opened my food, I was so disappointed. The red beans and rice lacked flavor and beans, and it was dry. For $13 I felt I should of had more beans. I'm glad it came with cornbread, because that was the only thing that was good. I will not be eating here ever again.

Our HOA brought them to our clubhouse last night. The food was awesome. Fresh, great flavor, and reasonably priced. My wife had the tacos and loved them. I had a quesadilla and the red beans and rice with cornbread.
I hired cajun delights for my recent birthday party . OMG their food is amazing. My guests all loved it and it was such a cool surprise for my guest. Thank you for the excellent customer service and the organization of ordering and getting orders out. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
