Cajun Delights And More Foodtruck and Catering

Happened to be at a bar these folks were serving at. Took a look at the menu and was already pumped about trying their red beans and rice and the boudin. The boudin itself had a good snap to it and a spice at the end and they threw is some crackers. I do like it to be a bit more spicy and wished that we could’ve got some hot sauce but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The red beans and rice tho….my wife doesn’t care for sausage however the sausage bits in this dish was great. It was spicy, flavorful, filling, the rice wasn’t gummy, and it was served HOT. They even gave us a pillowy cornbread that wasn’t overly sweet, but it paired well with the food. The staff was friendly and polite. If we ever see them again I’d definitely get something else to try off their truck. By the way they do offer catering services as well. 10/10 would recommend!

SO yummy!! We tried the boudin, fried pickles and some mozzarella sticks. The boudin had the perfect amount of kick and was delish with the crackers

Don’t use Cajun delights and catering, they scam you tell you to Zelle for catering then will not refund because had to cancel 72 hours before . This is not good business, posting for a friend who was scammed . Now they won’t even give her another date till April to get what catering she paid for and it’s not needed in April . SCAM

This food truck was at my community today and I decided to go buy some red beans and rice since it received so many good reviews. When I got home home and opened my food, I was so disappointed. The red beans and rice lacked flavor and beans, and it was dry. For $13 I felt I should of had more beans. I'm glad it came with cornbread, because that was the only thing that was good. I will not be eating here ever again.
