First off, I came 5 min before closing & I was still greeted by Tiffani & Kaylyn with unmatched energy. Then I met Jennifer who prepared my food with extra care & even taught me a pro tip for the next time I come. I highly recommend this Cava over any other locations I’ve went to because the customer service here, the vibes, & the professionalism were the best I’ve ever experienced. When you come, ask for Jennifer.. she will definitely take care of you! I personally think she deserves a promotion. 1000/10

This is the best Cava in my area and it’s further than the one closest to me, but when my son and I want Cava this is the location we go to. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is always top tier! My family and I recently had a very disappointing experience at the stafford location, where we were treated poorly, so we were a bit hesitant to try another store. I’m so glad we did. When we visited the Missouri City CAVA, Tiffani took amazing care of us from start to finish. She was warm, patient, and genuinely attentive. She turned our day around and showed us what great customer service should look like. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service made all the difference. Thank you, Tiffani, for restoring our faith in CAVA. We’ll definitely be returning to this location!
