Gyro Republic offers fantastic, absolutely amazing food that is very clean, fresh, and well-prepared. Portions are very generous. Specific favorites include the falafel bowls, the lamb, and the incredibly spicy chicken, with delicious rice and baklava and brownie desserts. The orange sauce is also recommended. The environment feels like a food truck in a building, though some note the bright lights. The staff receives consistent praise for being very kind, super friendly, helpful, respectful, and welcoming, providing incredible and great service with good customer service skills. The salad bar is always fresh, and the overall cleanliness and care are standout features.
