Walked in 11:53, nobody in line4 girls talking by register 1 by grill, waited, finally after she is finishedwith her conversation she walks over and takes my order. Had a bowl rice n beans and steak. I can see now why restaurant was empty at lunch time . Service was slow, food terrible Steak all gristle .

Really wish this location could implement a separate station to prepare mobile, online, call in and to-go orders. This would help alleviate the long line that seems to always be out the door no matter the time.Good to see business is good but many people were complaining while in line about all the orders coming in and those orders being put ahead of all of us waiting. People were even walking out frustrated because the wait was ridiculous.It took us 40 minutes to get in and out. We did not even eat there. Today was my last straw with the Missouri City Location. I will drive to the Stafford or Pearland location instead until the Missouri City location does something about this.

I've been eating at this location for a couple of years. My usual burrito bowl cost $12 back then and it would be loaded. Same bowl now costs $15 and the portions are smaller now. ?

Gave this Chipotle multiple chances!! Cannot wait for a Chipotle to open closer to Sienna and if they don’t then I don’t mind driving to the Sugar Land location but I will not be visiting this Missouri City location anymore!! The establishment is absolutely disgusting! Work station nasty!! Garbage can full!! NEVER have ice!!! The chips were literally crumbs!! Enough said.

Very stingy with the toppings. Literally (and I counted) put 6 pieces of steak on the bowl then told me it would be double to add more. Just overall poor customer service. I only continued with the order because I waited in line so long and that’s what the family wanted, but I’m good on this location.

Do NOT eat here! This location is disgusting. If I could give it NO stars I would. The customer service is terrible. The line is always long due to them doing online orders and having their in store customers wait. They eat in the back, throw food in your bowl, trash piled up everywhere, trash and food all on the countertops and tables, uncooked chicken sitting out for a period of time in a bag (as you can see in the photo), and the list goes on. I’ll let the pictures speak for itself.

Let me tell you about my recent experience at this place. So, I placed an online order and when I got there, there was a whole line of people waiting for their orders & t cashier completely ignored them. She didn't even bother asking for their names or anything. It was so frustrating, & to make matters worse, when I finally spoke up and asked about my order, she told me it wasn't ready. But get this, when I looked behind her, there it was, just sitting there! I had to point it out to her. No apology or anything. Seriously, they need to step up their game and have someone dedicated to handling online orders. It was a major letdown. Im open to removing my review if its handled better next time.

I arrived at 5 pm with my family (there is 10 of us) store closes at 11 chairs were up on tables some chairs had missing legs and I realized that after I sat my rather large rump upon the said chair and toppled over on my back like humpty dumpy hitting my face in the process the staff had to roll me to a more study chair to get up after that I got my buffet style brunch including extra chicken extra rice 0 lettuce what so ever a bit of honey BBQ sauce with a kids sweet tea after I indulged in Devouring that it all got stuck In my gullet one again the staff had to assist me, next time I'm not sitting down and I'm getting a bigger drink
