Let me tell you about my recent experience at this place. So, I placed an online order and when I got there, there was a whole line of people waiting for their orders & t cashier completely ignored them. She didn't even bother asking for their names or anything. It was so frustrating, & to make matters worse, when I finally spoke up and asked about my order, she told me it wasn't ready. I arrived at 5 pm with my family (there is 10 of us) store closes at 11 chairs were up on tables some chairs had missing legs and I realized that after I sat my rather large rump upon the said chair and toppled over on my back like humpty dumpy hitting my face in the process the staff had to roll me to a more study chair to get up after that I got my buffet style brunch including extra chicken extra rice 0 lettuce what so ever a bit of honey BBQ sauce with a kids sweet tea after...read full review

Very stingy with the toppings. Literally (and I counted) put 6 pieces of steak on the bowl then told me it would be double to add more. Just overall poor customer service. I only continued with the order because I waited in line so long and that’s what the family wanted, but I’m good on this location.
