I placed an order 9:44 pm and checked the tracker online and it said the order left the store at 10:06. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call asking me to confirm my phone number, my address, and my name. I was then told that I had to come outside to get the order because Brittany, the driver, wasn't coming to the door. I was then told that it would take an additional 20-25 minutes to arrive. Rude employees food always takes an hour + and I live 5 mins away . Call multiple times and just get hung up on.. food is cold .. bad customer service and management
