I need to speak to a regional manager ASAP. Apparently the store manager and district manger are not able to interpret the coupon language. I originally purchased on 1/17/2021. The coupon clearly says it’s valid for the week following purchase, which is 2/2/21 to 2/7/21. It’s very frustrating to be sent a coupon and it is not honored. Great management ensures the staff works hard to get everyone's order made, even when backed up. While the 2 pizzas and breaded knots are fine, the 16 piece buffalo wings can be a problem.
