Food is always good! Friendly staff etc... but honestly the young cashier pulled out his phone checking whatever right in the middle of taking my order. Big no no with me. Phones should be in the back or out of site while in a customer service position. What i wouldn't give to go back to the 80's.

Great kolache’s so so much better than Chick-fil-A kolache factory has the best customer service and it’s so much faster. Just wish they had a drive-through. Hee hee.

It's nice to have a kolache factory in Sienna. Food is great and staff is always friendly. I wish they did the mobile app a bit better. FYI - they also don't accept Google pay, apple pay or Samsung pay. Bummer on that one

The store is clean. The customer service is great giving me descriptions of kolaches that I was not familar with. The kolaches are fresh and the coffee is great tasting. Will be making this my go-to for breakfast.

Went in at 12:30 to get kolaches and they were sold out of everything. I was told the cook left early. Unacceptable

The quickest way to get me back in my car, turn it around, and drive somewhere else to get breakfast is to have somebody standing out front prostelyzing like there was today 8/15/22. Hard pass. Went to Shipley instead.
