The chicken was fried golden brown, beans and rice were delicious and portioned just right with amount of rice and beans/gravy. Ordered 16 pc family meal, unpacked bag, and there were no biscuits which are listed to be included in the family meal. They didn’t pack the biscuits. Unfortunately it’s not the first time. Same thing happened at a different location. Checklist packing should be mandatory, part of food service training, and reinforced.
Have you noticed that the fries at this Stafford TX place are served in a different style? They put the fries at the bottom of the bag and give you a separate little paper bag for them. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to put the fries in the bag myself, I've never seen this before. Should I get tip to do this job?
On this visit, the staff was not as friendly and welcoming as they had been on past visits. I ordered chicken tenders and their chicken tenders are of a nice size. I was given only one dipping sauce when I'm usually given two. When I asked for one more I was told I would be charged for it. That had never happened before
