Best brisket I’ve ever had! I’ve sampled lots of barbecue in the Houston area, and this is about the best I found. I can also say the mild sausage and pulled pork is excellent (and I’m from Georgia so that’s saying something). The sauce is just perfect to me, a little sweet and not too spicy.
