Food and drinks are good but it stinks and every time I come it gets worse

I honestly don’t like leaving reviews like this: I went into Bobayes the first time 2 weeks ago after martial arts class down the way and upon arrival the young lady at the front was EXTREMELY rude. I almost didn’t order. However my kids wanted boba and it was the closest place. I went in again today and the same young lady had the same nasty attitude. I walked in and greeted her, & she basically looked me upside my head. I spoke up again to greet her and she goes “what do you wanna order” with a nasty attitude. I said you know what… I don’t want anything from this place at this point. Why would I want someone with such negative energy to make the food / drink that I’ll be consuming .
It also smells like sewer in here . Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. As a business owner myself, please get this young lady from working in your establishment. Customer service is EVERYTHING.

I really like this place! It's a great location after my daughter gets out of practice, you get the drinks fairly quickly & they're good! My daughter just enjoys seeing "Boba Man." LOL. The food is good too, especially the Vietnamese sandwiches!

First impressions are everything! The lady working on 1/26 was extremely rude and slightly disrespectful. She had an immediate attitude when we walked into the door. Once ordering, she proceeded to ignore my husband when he stated what he wanted. I definitely should’ve skipped after all.

Came in today with my sister. I order a coconut smoothie with brown sugar boba and when it was ready they gave me two separate drinks one with coconut and another one with a type of milk tea with brown sugar. They gave my sister a milk tea taro when she order a Taro smoothie she kept explaining to the girl but she did not understand even though she told her multiple times. Unfortunately they refuse to redo the order or even a refund. They only did a refund for the extra drink they charge me. I ask if they could add brown sugar to mines since they did not add it like I ask and she told me “it is already sweet you don’t need brown sugar” like I’m paying for a drink that I want to my liking and you telling me how to drink it. Never had this experience out of the years I’ve came. Never again. PS BOBA BE HARD AF.

Nice Vietnamese coffee, thick, strong, and not too sweet, perfect for a nice study session. I fully recommend the Vietnamese sandwich, it is so juicy and flavorful. Each bite was perfection, not at all an idiot sandwich! Come with your friends to hangout!
