I booked Sip and Sweets Hibachi in August for an event taking place in November, and the entire experience was unprofessional from start to finish. I was never provided a formal contract. As a wife, you'd think she would not harrass another woman about a man who is not even her husand. As wife, why would she be on another woman's doorstep as if she isn't a married woman.
I stopped here to try their food. The total came out to $45.46, and I gave the young man the exact change. However, a lady turned around and told him, “We don’t accept change. You know the drill…you round up or take a card.” Her response lacked respect for the young man and displayed poor customer care and professionalism, regardless of whether he was a family member.
