How can an owner ruin a smoothie king! I purchased a gift card from this location for a friend and when he went to use it the staff said they do not accept gift cards!

This is the worst Smoothie King ever!

The are always running out of products, the store is rarely clean, cups are dirty, they stay close and remind you, the air conditioner half works.

The staff needs training. At times depending who’s on the register claims they don’t speak English. Well how are you working in an establishment that serves the public.

They are not accommodating at all! All the other Smoothie Kings are top notch and go beyond and over at the call of duty.

Sienna is a Prime Location with all the new developments coming up. What’s sad about the situation, you can’t get a smoothie after working out at LA Fitness. I’m over it!

My smoothie tastes watered down. This location is just terrible. My smoothie has no taste. Who can afford to waste $10 on a flavorless smoothie, in this economy? Not me.

I showed up at 7:30 the sign on the door says they open at 7:00 but nobody is here. Not surprised after reading all the other reviews this place is a waste of retail space.

The door says they close at 9pm. My wife and I got there at 8:47pm. But when we walked inside and asked if they were open, the employees said, “no ma’am’” to my wife. They had turned off the lights and were cleaning the appliances. This was very disheartening to know that businesses aren’t honoring the hours listed on their website and on the door of the establishment. Do better Smoothie King Sienna Crossing Location.

I tried to like this location, but lately, the customer service has been horrible. Two months ago there's was a big guy working here . I ordered online and walked in no greetings. I had to say good morning to him just so he could say something there was no one else in the store at that time.The second encounter I had with the big guy I ordered online. When I arrived at the store, he informed me that they didn't have the ingredients. I wish they would have called me and told me before driving out here. I opted for a different item on the menu.The third encounter today.I ordered online, but for some reason, it never went through. I showed the team members my receipt, and they honored it. This one, i'm not sure if it's the new update of the system falt. On the good note, he did give me the extra leftovers for making my drink.I just think the crew needs to be retrained on customer service.

This is hands down the BEST Smoothie King that I've been to! They are customer oriented and they do some of the small things that other locations do not do- like asking cup preferences and whether you would prefer sweet or unsweetened fruit.The difference that the small things make is huge and they ALWAYS go the extra mile! I went to another location with a friend and suggested that she ask for unsweetened fruit and they did not even offer that as an option.The service is traditionally good as well, as they make good hires. And the wait is never long at all, even despite them making mobile orders.I can't remember a time that I waited for more than 3 or 4 minutes for my fresh smoothie. I really can't say enough great things about this location.

My drinks almost always comes out perfect. Few times it’s not right, but they either fix it or I just try something different. Accidents happen. The place is always clean and the service is fast.

IVY LEAGUE SUPREME

ordered a smoothie with double the protein. The person preparing was holding the pitcher with all four fingers inside while at the same time touching everything including picking up some trash that was on floor. I also did not get the extra protein I paid for because she made way too much, which means the extra protein I paid for was in the pitcher still. Won’t be returning. As I see many others complain about this location .

I have no choice other than to let everyone know that this location has taken by far the steepest decline. I walk in and the employees are blasting rap music so loud that they can’t even understand my order. Also, it looks as if the place hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, there was literally an order of chicken wings on the ground! To top it off, I’m literally disgusted that I decided to drink my drink after seeing that the fruit looked rancid. What a poor decision as I’ve been throwing up for the last 12 hours. The place would be shut down if a health inspector were to walk in there.

Disappointed that I bought a smoothie online 11/18/23, and upon picking up my order, the place was closed. No note on the door or anything. I tried calling the phone, no answer, no answering service or option to leave a voice mail. Today is 11/20/23, I've tried calling twice with no answer to at least try to redeem my previous order! I would like to verify the place is actually open before I waste my time going up there again, and online continues to show the store open.Smoothie King Sienna

Pathetic that this place was closed at 2:30 pm on a Saturday afternoon when I could clearly see someone in the back. I had already placed my order and never received it after waiting over 20 minutes. Management and employees should be ashamed of themselves.Edit:I saw the employee who was working in the back come out and look me in the face before going back into the back to ignore the plethora of people waiting outside to order. There was no sign informing of closure outside and they happily scammed me out of my money.

Placed an order online. Went to pick it up and the employees staged a walkout. No way to get a refund. Corporate does not have a contact number. Clearly a mismanaged company. Spend your money elsewhere.
