Went in and the person at the register was unprofessional. The food we received wasn’t even worth it, and she couldn’t give me change for my food either. Never coming back

Ordered a snow cone and wow it was so delicious and the ice was nice and soft. The service was fast and friendly. I would definitely come visit again

The customer service here is trash. Then they never wash their hands before making my order. She took my dirty money, then went and grabbed the ice and put it in the machine without cleaning her hands. Second time it was hair was found in my funnel cake. This was my last time coming here today, when asked why she didn’t wear gloves she responded the owner doesn’t give us any. But still didn’t wash her hands, so I left. 😔😔

Walked in there by 7:20 they close at 8 and did not even get acknowledged by the person sitting down in the front so me and my family walked right out very disappointed!

This place has a lot of potential. Unfortunately I feel like they are understaffed. I ordered a plain funnel cake online and had to wait for 30 minutes to get it. I tried to get a refund but they said it’s not possible to do that. So I had no choice but to wait. Nd when I did get my funnel cake it was not fresh. I believe if they had more staff I would have gotten my order when it was ready and had a fresh funnel cake.
