Went there with my dad today to get a sno cone and the girl at the front was really standoffish and cold to us. When we were ordering she had her airpods in and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Also, she kept giving us this cold stare for whatever reason. The sno cones themselves nothing special, but the service was unexceptable.

THIS RESTAURANT USES AI GENERATED IMAGES ON THEIR MENUS. Ordered two funnel cakes and pickles and it took 40 minutes to come out. The funnel cake was underdone in the middle. There were only three people in the store at the time of ordering and I was the first to order and last to get my order out of the customers there. The worker was kind and had good manners. It was at least fresh when I got it. Sadly this establishment loses MAJOR points due to using AI art in their menus. For credibility, I am a graphic designer and have been for 17 years and can spot AI all too well. The food was mediocre, I would be willing to try to wait again but for a different menu item, but I will never set foot in there again as a customer due to using AI art. That just shows zero confidence in their brand and is a slap in the face to artists everywhere. AI generated art is scraping and stealing the hard work and passion of real artists and regurgitates awkward fascimiles. The AI art doesnt even look like it can be real food. Hire artists, always.

I took my son here after his award ceremony. I walked straight in and not a person in sight. It was about 2 pm and the building was just open. I said hello multiple times and also had a super excited two year old with me so it’s no way a worker would’ve know I was there. We ended up leaving I stood there for about 10 mins with no worker lol. The owner should definitely watch their business a little closer.

Found this little place just by chance when a sudden craving for a snow cone hit while we were out and about. Snow cone was saturated with the perfect amount of syrup and no fake or chemical aftertaste to it. The real star was the funnel cake though. It was hot, fluffy, and tasted like heaven! We will definitely be back and I highly recommend checking them out!!

Legit one of the best snow cone spots I’ve ever tried! First time and had the best service and snow cones/ kool aid pickles we’ve ever had! 10/10 highly recommend ! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Will be back

Came to this location on a Saturday, walked in about 6:50pm. Waited over 10 mins for someone to get back to the front only to be told they couldn’t take myself & another customers order because they close at 7 PM mind you, online it says they close at 8 PM. even today it still says 8 PM. As a business even if they did close at seven, I was still there even before closing. very disappointing.

Girls in the front were very unprofessional one was on the phone while in the middle of taking my order not taking my order serious also i was very upset with what i ordered it was very sloppy and wasnt made right as well with my food water in my sno cone this place was horrible no gloves no cleanliness also the place smelled quite bad , god bless the owner but this was absolutely terrible .
