We just picked up food there and the burgers had no taste. The fries were old tasting very chewy as they had been there a long time. Cherry limeade had horrible taste. Will not return.
Worst experience ever. Ordered 4 shark week slushes and small mozzarella stick. Took almost 30 minutes!!! All the workers were just standing around and delivering food like they had all the time in the world. I had to hit the red button again just to ask how long it takes to make a few slushies! They need new staff and new management.
Worst Sonic ever! Had to wait 1:30 for my order. And then it was incomplete and wrong. Wrote a letter to manager but never got a reply! Horrible customer service.
